Cancellation Policy
All deposits are nonrefundable and applied toward your service total. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation and deposit forfeiture. A new deposit is required to rebook after forfeiture.
If I cancel your appointment, you may choose a deposit refund or transfer. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
